Launching Lenovo’s portable gaming PC on the national stage requires more than placement — it takes informed associates, precise execution, and sustained in-store support.
When Legion Go S first arrived in stores, awareness was limited. Early product education gaps and inventory challenges slowed adoption, with weekly sales averaging fewer than eight units per store — a clear signal that visibility alone wouldn’t drive conversion.
To change that trajectory, we partnered with Lenovo on a retail activation that paired strong in-store presence with hands-on associate training. We rolled out eye-catching four-foot endcaps across 862 Best Buy locations while preparing associates to explain, demo, and recommend this category-defining device.
The goal was clear: ensure the product was consistently installed, clearly understood, and actively sold from day one.
