Regional Director

Many moms love working for Premium because of the flexible work hours. Darla King was one of them. Eleven years later, she’s advanced from part time merchandiser to one of four Regional Directors.

Darla’s focus is on ensuring in-store work is done right and on time. She empowers the Retail Market Managers in her region and works to develop them as leaders. Client Account Manager

A Premium veteran of over a decade, Colleen Hardy knows how hard work can advance your career at Premium. And as a part-time Client Account Manager, she knows that having a career doesn’t come at the cost of being a mom. Colleen’s clients – many of them long-term Premium partners – count on her to help tailor retail programs to meet their needs. As that work gets completed in stores, they also depend on her to generate reports, provide analysis and recommend improvements.

Relationships are key to her role, and Colleen has built many both internally and with clients in her time at Premium.

In preparation for the launch of, we interviewed Wendy – then a Merchandiser – about her experiences in the field. During our video session, we saw three outstanding traits in Wendy: retail experience, intelligence and a strong desire to advance. Serendipity took over.

Immediately after her shoot, Wendy met with Premium leadership and was presented an opportunity to assume a full-time role as a Recruiter at Premium headquarters. Within two weeks, Wendy was using her knowledge as a Premium Merchandiser to recruit for field positions.

Wendy knows that our field teams are the most important part of supporting our customers at retail. She strives to recruit and recommend candidates that reflect the high bar she set for herself in the field. But more than that, Wendy is a living, breathing example of opportunity at Premium.
