Anyone who spends a great portion of their life selling toys has to be fun, right? Olaf Strom is no exception. A family man with a wife of more than 25 years, four children, and a dedication to sports, the outdoors, and men’s ministries, Olaf is the real deal.
Olaf joined Premium in 2006 after more than 20 years leading sales and retail service teams at LEGO and Mattel. As a VP of Business Development at Premium, he helped foster and grow key relationships with many prominent brands including LeapFrog, Spin Master, Toys“R”Us, and many more.
Late in 2013, Olaf’s dedication was rewarded with a promotion to President, Premium Retail Services Canada. Weeks later, he was also recognized as the first recipient of the Ronald T. Travers Founder’s Award, recognizing commitment to Premium, our clients, and to the family values of our company’s founder.
Sandy brings more than 12 years of experience managing dedicated and syndicated teams as the president of a leading Canadian 3PL provider.
In her current role overseeing Premium Canada, Sandy is in charge of building and maintaining long standing relationships with key retailers and brands across the country.
Tim brings more than 20 years of experience managing field sales programs in both the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to joining Premium in 2015, Tim worked at Lexmark, Unilever and most recently at Marketstar managing programs in North America. Tim holds a BS in Business Administration and has a passion for leading field programs in consumer electronics, wireless and CPG. In his current role with Premium Canada, Tim helps drive sales and execution for multiple brands across the country.
With 20 years of experience in global marketing and sales channel leadership roles, Sonya has built and led B2B, B2C and retail programs across North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
Most recently, Sonya led go-to-market efforts for a consumer health tech start-up, driving customer segmentation, acquisition and digital strategy.
