Premium has partnered with Walmart Wireless stores since 2018. Wireless Sales Pros are the go-to wireless expert within the Walmart store, helping shoppers with new phone sales, activations, upgrades, and accessories.
We more than doubled our program coverage in less than two years, scaling our team to meet Walmart’s growing needs.
Driven by our broad recruiting and onboarding infrastructure, our talent acquisition team sourced and screened thousands of applicants. Newly onboarded field management conducted local interviews for Sales Managers and Wireless Sales Pros. We leveraged our existing sales professionals to coach and mentor hundreds of new hires.
Living up to the name Premium takes tremendous effort in a competitive labor market. We applied learnings from past rollout experiences to refine our strategy and execution. To further support the expansion, we built out our analytics infrastructure to create alignment on processes and establish customer service consistency.
Maintaining strict timelines, project management, and cross-functional communication allowed us to deliver on our commitment to eclipse expectations with quality people.
