Over the last decade, we’ve built a vast video portfolio for Samsung supporting Home Electronics, Digital Imaging, Home Appliances, Mobile, New Computing and Mobile Enhancements.
We create hosted videos to deliver product knowledge Samsung’s field sales teams and retail store associates. Samsung pushes the new content out on their training platforms with every product release. There is a perpetual demand for fresh content with Samsung’s continuously evolving product cycle.
Premium Creative scripts, produces and edits broadcast-quality video to educate and excite consumers about new Samsung products. Along with retail associate training, the content is utilized within Samsung’s e-commerce and social channels. For a time, in-store shoppers could text Samsung with their product questions. A chatbot was programmed to answer customer FAQs utilizing the repository of product video content.
