HOW WE DID IT
Premium and Lindt & Sprüngli North America (LSNA) became partners in early 2020 with an end-to-end scope of services, including compliance auditing, relationship building, product selling, direct store delivery (DSD) product ordering and in-store merchandising.
Premium quickly expanded the client’s retail presence, adding consistent coverage in 150+ grocery chains along with Walgreens and Walmart. By employing a hybrid model of dedicated and syndicated reps, we have substantially reduced expenses for the client.
Additionally, Premium supported DSD ordering and credits for Russell Stover. In the first year of our contract and in the trenches of a pandemic, no less, we were proud to deliver a 6% increase in year-over-year DSD sales.
Through continuous partnership and alignment with Lindt, Ghirardelli, and Russell Stover stakeholders, we apply brand-specific priorities to cycle planning on an ongoing basis. Our analytics team has implemented standardized reporting across every major retailer, providing all three brands with heightened visibility of product and display compliance down to the store level.
