The culture team.

Our Culture Team’s mission is to increase employee engagement, foster a sense of community and encourage transparency throughout the workplace.

To ensure the Culture Team embodies diverse perspectives and opinions, its members are peer-nominated, representing different departments within the organization and rotated annually. The Culture Team gives our employees a voice by maintaining alignment with Premium’s core values: family, partnership, creativity, integrity and eclipsing expectations.
