Premium Canada conceptualized, designed and executed a cross-country, multi-city roadshow to support Samsung’s smartphone launch.
HOW WE DID IT
Samsung enlisted Premium Canada to support the launch of its latest Galaxy smartphone and to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Galaxy smartphone series in a big way. We executed all facets of the launch event series, from venue and entertainment selection to training concepts and content development.
During the event, Premium trainers engaged carrier retail associates and Samsung Ambassadors at curated experience stations. After learning about the product’s new features and benefits, attendees completed a series of quizzes testing their comprehension for their chance to win prizes. Attendees completed more than 10,861 product quizzes with an average score of 92%, proving the strength of small group engagement with trainers at each experience station.
