Samsung enlisted Premium to support the launch of its Galaxy S10 smartphone and to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Galaxy smartphone series in a big way.

Execution

The Premium Canada team executed all facets of the Samsung Galaxy S10 launch including everything from venue and entertainment selection to training content and concepts.

During the event, Premium trainers engaged carrier retail associates and Samsung Ambassadors at curated experience stations. After learning about the S10’s new features and benefits, attendees completed a series of quizzes testing their product knowledge to earn tickets and enter a drawing for prizes. Attendees completed more than 10,861 product quizzes with an average score of 92%, proving the strength of engagement at each experience station with Premium trainers.

Our expert Premium trainers engaged with customers across 9 cities – Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Halifax and Edmonton.
