If you’ve forgotten your 360 password, go here to reset it. Enter your email address, and we will email you a new temporary password. Please reach out to the Operations Support Center if you need further 360 guidance, support with your timesheet, job instructions or VOLT. The general line is 866.722.2239.
Active Premium employees can submit a “Return Equipment” form within the AskIT service catalog to return company-issued equipment. If you cannot access the site, please ask your manager to submit the request on your behalf.

HR & Payroll
Visit CONNECT to find links to Oracle, which contains HR information, tools and support. In Oracle, you can update your email or mailing address and emergency contacts.
U.S. employees may access their pay stubs and tax forms by logging in to UKG and navigating to the Pay section. For additional payroll support, please email the U.S. payroll team at payroll@premiumretail.com.
Canadian employees may access their pay stubs and tax forms by logging in to PEO Canada. Your payroll is processed by PEO Canada who may be contacted at employee.admin@peocanada.com.

If you don’t know your UKG username (Employee ID), log in to 360. Scroll down and click on Payroll Information. After that, scroll down to where it says UltiPro – Ultimate Software Payroll Website. Use your provided username and password to log in to UKG.
If you are locked out of your UKG account, please email payroll@premiumretail.com.
You can access your W-2 via UKG. Click the Menu and navigate to Myself and then to Pay.

Once logged into UKG, click Menu and then click the Myself tab. Under Pay, click on W-2. Please email payroll@premiumretail.com if you require further assistance.

Balancing your work and home life can be challenging. Premium offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees, so you don’t have to face challenges alone. Up to five in-person counseling sessions are included, and unlimited over-the-phone support is available 24/7/365.
The EAP’s online portal includes resources to improve your health, care for your loved ones, get help with legal or financial matters and much more. Through the EAP, you can receive immediate support and guidance, as well as assessments and referrals for further services.

Culture
Visit Premium’s referral site. Click the button “Recommend a Friend for Talent Pool.” If your candidate is hired and successfully works at least 100 verified hours, you will receive a $100 bonus. There is no limit to the number of employee referral bonuses a Premium employee may earn.
Employee referrals are entirely voluntary but highly encouraged as we grow our team! Once your referral reaches 100 hours worked, we will add your referral bonus to your bi-weekly wages.
