How do I reset my Premium 360 password?

If you’ve forgotten your 360 password, go here to reset it. Enter your email address and we will email you a new temporary password. Please reach out to the Operations Support Center if you need further 360 guidance, support with your timesheet, job instructions or VOLT. The general line is 866.722.2239.

How can I return company-issued equipment?

Active Premium employees may submit a ticket via Fresh Service for the return of company-issued equipment. Former Premium employees can email support@premiumretail.freshservice.com with your name, address, and the equipment you’d like to return. 

How can I join the private Facebook group for my team?

Please reach out to your manager. They can invite you to the group. In the meantime, make sure you’re following Premium on Facebook for the latest news and happenings.

HR & Payroll

I need to update my email or mailing address.

If you’re a US-based employee, you may update your personal information within UKG. Upon login, navigate to Myself and then Personal. Within your Employee Summary, you may update your name, address or telephone number and add an emergency contact.

 

I have a question about my paycheck or I’m having issues with my expense card.

U.S. employees may access their pay stubs and tax forms by logging in to UKG and navigating to the Pay section. For additional payroll support, please email the U.S. payroll team at payroll@premiumretail.com.  
 
Canadian employees may access their pay stubs and tax forms by logging in to PEO Canada. Your payroll is processed by PEO Canada who may be contacted at employee.admin@peocanada.com.  

How do I reset my UKG password?

If you’ve forgotten your UKG password, go here to reset it. Enter your username to start the process of resetting your password.  
  
If you don’t know your UKG username (Employee ID), log in to 360. Scroll down and click on Payroll Information. After that, scroll down to where it says UltiPro – Ultimate Software Payroll Website. Use your provided username and password to log in to UKG
  
If you are locked out of your UKG account, please email payroll@premiumretail.com.

Where do I access my W-2?

You can access your W-2 via UKG. Click the Menu and navigate to Myself and then to Pay.

If you don’t know your UKG username (Employee ID), log in to 360. Scroll down and click on Payroll Information. After that, scroll down to where it says UltiPro – Ultimate Software Payroll Website. Use your provided username and password to log in to UKG

Once logged into UKG, click Menu and then click the Myself tab. Under Pay, click on W-2. Please email payroll@premiumretail.com if you require further assistance.

Where can I find more information regarding benefits?

Full-time U.S. employees can access benefits information in UKG. If you have insurance questions, please email acostabenefits@benefitfocus.com or call 833.995.2263. Apply for Leave of Absence/FMLA by calling 888.288.1495 or visit matrixabsence.com.

Part-time U.S. employees

Does Premium provide employees with support services?

Balancing your work and home life can be challenging. Premium offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees. With SupportLinc, you don’t have to face challenges alone. SupportLinc provides guidance and resources for family and personal issues that may affect your life, including education planning, stress management, legal and financial counseling and dependent care assistance.

How do I order Premium apparel or swag?

Premium apparel should be ordered through our partner company, Mosaic PRO, and be tied to a PO / budget. Please email CHeichel@mosaic.com and Kristin.Stiller@mosaic.com with any apparel requests.

How do I refer someone for a job at Premium?

Visit Premium’s referral site. Click the button “Recommend a Friend for Talent Pool.” If your candidate is hired and successfully works at least 100 verified hours, you will receive a $100 bonus. There is no limit to the number of employee referral bonuses a Premium employee may earn.

Employee referrals are entirely voluntary but highly encouraged as we grow our team! Once your referral reaches 100 hours worked, we will add your referral bonus to your bi-weekly wages.
