In just 17 in-store hours, the Premium team located, unboxed, unpacked, reset, priced and cleaned childrenswear areas in 873 Walmart stores across the U.S. on behalf of six different vendors, achieving over 99% store completions and 98.75% total satisfaction.
Premium’s merchandising field team was tasked with successfully resetting and merchandising a childrenswear display in nearly 900 Walmart stores for multiple manufacturers — Gerber, Carter’s, Goldbug, Rashti & Rashti, C.R. Gibson, and Triboro.
Each Walmart store required 17 different planograms and more than 400 different SKUs to be located, unboxed and reset. To achieve smooth project execution, Premium completed a previsit for 95% of the stores to review the job details, solidify timing, and further strengthen Premium’s relationship with Walmart department managers.
In one week, Premium’s merchandising team executed the reset. We located the correct products, set stores to MOD, established completion with the department manager, and captured the successful reset in photos for reporting purposes.
