What To Expect

Experience is valued, but learning is key.

Wireless Sales Pros are the go-to experts within the Walmart store, closing sales through hustle, creativity and problem-solving. You don’t need prior sales experience – we provide the training and certifications you need to get started. Our most successful Wireless Sales Pros are highly self-motivated and have a strong desire to excel in an uncapped commission sales environment.

Some of the core job responsibilities of Wireless Sales Pros include:

  • Sparking conversations with shoppers
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals by executing upgrades and bundles
  • Customizing product or service recommendations for customers

EXPECTATIONS

As a Wireless Sales Pro, you’re assigned to a home store location. Evening and weekend hours are expected, but we can provide a flexible schedule within store hours. Depending on the day, Sales Pros are on their feet for six- to ten-hour shifts.

HOURS

Walmart Wireless locations are open 7 days a week. Hours can vary by location, but most operate:

MONDAY-WEDNESDAY, 11 AM – 7 PM
THURSDAY-SATURDAY, 10 AM – 8 PM
SUNDAY, 12 PM – 6 PM

UNIFORMS

While inside the store, team members wear a Premium polo shirt, name badge, black or khaki pants and closed-toed shoes.
