We provide comprehensive training and coaching – both online and in person. Regional Managers offer support at every turn and will arm you with the product knowledge you need.
EXPECTATIONS
Working in retail is a physical activity. You’ll need to be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend and squat to place products on shelves, reach for boxes and lift up to 40 pounds. You’ll also need a smartphone or tablet to view instructions, take in-store photos and submit detailed reporting.
HOURS
In retail, evening and weekend hours are expected, but we provide flexibility to modify your schedule within store hours.
UNIFORMS
While inside the store, team members wear a Premium name badge, black or khaki pants and closed-toed shoes.
