Operations Support Center

Premium’s Operations Support Center (OSC) scales on demand to provide robust support to Premium’s clients and field employees. Over 70 operations specialists monitor photos and reporting from the field to optimize compliance and performance with multi-tiered troubleshooting and real-time resolution. Greenlight, our photo validation technology, prevented over 6,000 revisits last year.

Logistics & Fulfillment

Logistics & Fulfillment

Premium’s 130,000+ square foot National Logistics and Distribution Center (NLDC) is centrally located in St. Louis, Missouri. Our Fulfillment Coordinators ensure seamless kitting and distribution of your materials in a climate-controlled environment. The NLDC facility is fully integrated with USPS, UPS, and FedEx systems. A 100,000 square foot facility in Toronto supports our Canadian clients.
