Premium provided weekly continuity merchandising service for Duracell in Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot and several grocery retailers.
Our logistics and fulfillment team provided seamless kitting and shipping services for Duracell’s in-store marketing assets, and our merchandising team members placed materials in stores throughout the year. We oversaw a high volume of promotional material projects, from coupons and tear pads to endcap or floor-standing signage and seasonal displays.
The fulfillment team shipped in tandem with weekly service orders, scaling capacity as needed. We were agile and flexible and responded quickly to urgent requests. Tracking details for each shipment were loaded into Premium 360 for easy reference and receiving for the Premium rep.
As reps completed their weekly visits to stores, they used Premium 360 to place orders for Duracell fixtures and other replacement parts needed for their stores. Our asset management system received the parts orders, and a pick-and-pack team member pulled from inventory at Premium’s National Logistics + Fulfillment Center. Within days, field reps received their parts orders and could limit the disruption to the brand experience in the store.
