WHO WE ARE
Join the family.
We truly care about every member of our team and believe your career at Premium is what you make it.
What To Expect
Flexibility, independence and a little elbow grease.
Walmart strives to deliver fantastic service for its customers in clean and organized stores and only allows Preferred Service Providers (PSPs) to perform work inside them. Walmart relies on Premium, a PSP, to audit and stock products, build displays and reset signage. As a merchandising rep, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to flex your critical thinking skills and creativity.
Our 360 platform gives you everything you need to do your job – make your schedule and manage your projects – all on your smartphone. We give you the tools, but it’s up to you to solve challenges, find room for improvement and go above and beyond to help products stand out.
Some of the core job responsibilities of merchandising reps include:
EMPLOYEE GROWTH
If you’re determined to succeed at Premium, you will.
We value and recognize hard work and give our employees opportunities to thrive and grow within the company. You don’t need previous experience to work in merchandising. We provide certifications and comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Though you’ll work independently, we provide ways for merchandising team members across the country to connect and support each other through many communication avenues including exclusive social media groups.
EXPECTATIONS
Merchandising is a physical activity. You’ll need to be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend and squat to place products on shelves, reach for boxes and lift up to 40 pounds. You’ll also need a smartphone or tablet to view instructions, take in-store photos and submit detailed reporting.
HOURS
You will be assigned multiple Walmart locations based on geography and will visit the same stores every week. Our work generally occurs Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, but you’ll have the flexibility to personalize your schedule within that time frame.
UNIFORMS
While inside the store, team members wear a Premium polo shirt, name badge, black or khaki pants and closed-toed shoes.
