Premium Merchandising Leadership Promotions Announced.

Earlier this week, Acosta announced several changes to its Executive Leadership Team designed to bolster its commercial strategy and retail sales and digital commerce capabilities. These changes also further Premium’s integration into the Acosta family.
As part of these changes, David Yenzer, formerly President of Premium Merchandising, will now serve as Acosta’s President of the In-Store Services Team. In his new role, David will address today’s most significant retail challenges across labor, technology, and execution.
The new In-Store Services Team will focus on delivering higher retail execution compliance and ROI for brand and retailer partners across the entire Acosta enterprise. Responsibilities include improving talent acquisition, associate retention and engagement, implementing Premium 360 technology, and further optimizing processes.
Melissa Raethka, who previously served as Premium’s Executive Vice President of Field Operations is Premium’s new President of Merchandising. Melissa joined Premium in 2010 as a Regional Operations Director and is excited for the next chapter in her Premium journey. She credits the many years she spent directly managing reps for the perspective she has as a leader today.
