Samsung sought a partner to increase sales in their Home Entertainment division, ensuring that the Samsung brand was at the forefront of consumers’ minds during retail’s crucial busy holiday season.


Premium’s in-house training team created a custom, multimedia curriculum for this program. After completing multiple courses from product knowledge to soft selling, Premium’s assisted sales and training team visited over 90 Best Buy stores weekly to communicate the strengths in Samsung’s Premium UHD and Curved TVs, overcome objections, and close sales. In their downtime, Representatives trained store associates on Samsung TVs, collected competitive market intelligence, and performed merchandising tasks to present Samsung in the best light to customers.


In less than two months, Premium executed a successful holiday assisted sales and training program resulting in more than a 6% lift in incremental sales and immersed nearly 40,000 consumers in the Samsung brand experience.
