After initially providing only weekend coverage, Premium quickly adapted to accommodate weekday coverage during the high volume Christmas week on just 72 hours notice. By tracking stores with inventory issues, Premium maximized efficiencies and improved stock levels in crucial locations.


Premium exceeded our goal of units per store by 33%, packing out 172,904 cases of General Mills products in Walmart stores during the busiest timeĀ of the year.
